Dalia Salih brings a breath of fresh air to the novalutions team as a 27-year-old all-rounder in the fields of automation, AI and low-code. With a degree in data science and artificial intelligence under her belt, she loves tinkering with digital processes that make life (and above all work) easier - sometimes with a pinch of machine learning, a touch of Power BI and, of course, a Figma sketch on her tablet. What drives her? To explain complex things in such a way that everyone has an "aha" experience at the end. Anyone who knows Dalia knows that curiosity and humour aren't just empty phrases for her, they're the order of the day - whether in a team call or over a coffee together. And when the laptop is closed, she still gets to work: From furniture updates to home-made decorations, DIY is more than just a hobby for her.

Jérémie is co-founder and CEO of novalutions - and the man you call when you want to turn complex processes into simple digital solutions. With Power Apps, n8n and Power Automate, he conjures up lively workflows every day that not only feel good, but are also really fun. His passion: making digital things tangible - in a way that everyone understands. When he's not eagerly testing out new technologies such as 3D printing or conjuring up artistic patterns in cappuccino cups, he's perfecting his homemade pizza dough. For Jérémie, there's nothing that can't be simplified - except perhaps the perfect Neapolitan pizza.

Kevin Schwarz is CEO and co-founder of novalutions and in his role combines many years of agency experience with a real knack for IT and modern technologies. His aim is to win over customers with smart, pragmatic solutions and reliable partnerships, not paperwork. On a day-to-day basis, Kevin is the driving force when it comes to efficient processes, automation and data-driven decisions, preferably with tools such as Power BI, n8n, Power Automate, Zapier or the latest AI solutions. He remains curious, organised and always brings a breath of fresh air to the team with his sense of humour. After work, he seamlessly continues his thirst for research: In his smart home, it's not Alexa that listens on command, but Jarvis. Kevin shows that digitalisation works best when it is not only clever, but also personal.

Lukas Urich supports the novalutions team in the area of digital marketing - with a flair for strong content, structure and visibility. During his studies in Management, Economics and Social Sciences, he focussed in particular on artificial intelligence, SEO and digital marketing. He uses tools such as Canva, WordPress and various AI applications to implement projects efficiently. Away from the screen, Lukas is active as a percussionist - regularly on tour - and is enthusiastic about international exchange. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and likes to bring fresh perspectives from real life to the team. He is characterised by structure, curiosity and communication.

Nala is our furgood manager on four paws and clearly the secret star of the novalutions team. With her charming dog snout, she ensures that nobody loses their head even on hectic days and that everyone can take a deep breath. Whether as fluffy support at meetings or on a spontaneous coffee break walk, Nala always brings a good mood and plenty of relaxation to the office. Her talent for making people smile is almost legendary and she is the perfect sparring partner for creative brainstorming breaks anyway. After work, she enjoys long walks and keeps the pack on their toes at home. Anyone who knows Nala knows that a good mood and a friendly "woof" are guaranteed at novalutions.
