Field of activity

  • Project management: You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring projects in the areas of digitalisation, low-code development and AI integration.
  • Team coordination: You lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure that developers, consultants and customers work together optimally.
  • Customer communication: In close dialogue with our customers, you ensure that their requirements are precisely understood and implemented. You accompany them through the entire project process.
  • Resource planning: You ensure that all project resources are utilised efficiently and that budgets are adhered to.
  • Quality assurance: You ensure that our projects meet novalutions' high quality standards.
  • Reporting: You create regular status reports to keep customers and internal stakeholders up to date.

Your profile

  • Experience: You already have experience in project management, ideally in the areas of IT or digitalisation.
  • Expertise: Knowledge of low-code development or artificial intelligence is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and transparently in both German and English.
  • Problem-solving orientated: You work in a structured way and find a solution for every problem, always with an eye for quality and efficiency.
  • Flexibility: You are open to new technologies and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
