Restructuring of documents

Working with Excel no longer has to be stressful - also thanks to AI.
Excel tables can now be restructured very easily - simply upload the file to e.g. ChatGPT, specify the desired change and check whether it has been implemented correctly.

Here are some possible applications:

  1. Translation of tables
  2. Clean up data records
  3. Revise/create formulas and functions

Advanced

Zapier is a helpful tool for automated work with data, as it links various apps together and allows you to automate recurring processes efficiently. For example, you can automatically send emails, synchronise data between tables or create notifications when a certain event occurs.

How to use Zapier to automate document synchronisation / file transfer:

  1. Create automation: Select the apps you want to connect (e.g. Google Drive and Dropbox) and set up a new Zap to automate the desired tasks.

  2. Allow access: Give Zapier permission to access the selected apps so that the connection can be established.

  3. Customise settings: Specify exactly which files are to be transferred or synchronised, where they are to be moved to and whether certain conditions must be met before the Zap is started.
