In this article, you will learn how you can copy several actions at the same time with a simple trick - perfect for clean, reusable flows.
Introduction: The annoying problem when copying actions
You want to duplicate a part of your flow in Power Automate - perhaps an entire section and therefore several actions. Sounds simple, but it's not.
By default, actions can only be copied individually. This not only costs time, but also quickly becomes confusing with more complex workflows. Especially if you want to use or customise similar processes several times, there is no simple way to copy several steps at the same time.
The good news is that there's a little trick you can use - via so-called Scopes (in German: "Bereiche"). This allows you to group several actions and copy them with one click. We will now show you step by step how this works.

How do I copy several actions at the same time? Step-by-step instructions
- Add a section to your flow.
Go to "Add action"choose "Control" and add the element "Area" added.

2. Move all actions that you want to copy to this area.
This way you can use them together as a block.

3. Click with the right mouse button on the area and select in the menu "Copy entire action"button to apply several actions at once.

Conclusion:
With this simple trick, you can copy entire action blocks in your flow in just three steps - quickly, cleanly and without having to duplicate each step individually. This saves you time and keeps you organised.
